Greece

Courier

We ship your order via our partner courier services.

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 working days.
  • Shipping Cost: 3€ (regardless of order volume or weight).
  • Free Shipping: For orders over 40€.

BOXNOW Lockers

Fast 24/7 delivery. You can pick up your order on any day and at any time from the locker of your choice.

  • Shipping Cost: 1.5€.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over 40€.

Free Store Pickup

You can collect your order yourself from one of our 5 stores across Greece.

Cyprus

  • We cooperate with DHL, Fedex and Kronos Express. Τhe delivery time is 6 - 10 working days. The shipping cost is at 9.90 € and orders over 100 € shipping is for FREE.
  • BOXNOW Lockers | Fast delivery 24/7. Pick up any day and time you want, at the locker of your choice. The shipping cost is 7,90 €. For orders over 100 €, shipping is FREE.

Europe

  • For shipments within Europe, we partner with DHL and FedEx.
  • Delivery Time: 6-10 working days.
  • Shipping Cost: 9.90€.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over 100€.

Bulgaria

  • We cooperate with DHL and Fedex, just like the rest of Europe.
  • BOXNOW Lockers | Fast delivery 24/7. Pick up any day and time you want, at the locker of your choice. The shipping cost is 6,90 €. For orders over 100 €, shipping is FREE.

Rest of the World

  • For shipments outside Europe, we partner with ELTA (Hellenic Post)
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 weeks.
  • Shipping Cost: 20€.

Any customs fees/duties that may arise are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Shipment & Processing

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with all the necessary information to track its progress.

If you have selected Store Pickup, you will receive an SMS as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Order processing, shipment, and delivery take place during working days and hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Track Your Order

To check the status of your shipment, you can:

  • Log in to Your Account and view the current status.
  • Use the Tracking Number found in your order details and visit the "Shipment Search" (Link) page to see exactly where your parcel is.
